A heart full of gratitude
an exercise that I practice is to try to make an inventory of the blessings which I am the object, then accept serenely the many gifts which I am pledged, both temporal and spiritual. And I try to feel joyful recognition. When such a sense of gratitude is regularly affirmed and pondered, it may eventually replace the natural tendency that leads me to congratulate me that I have some progress made in some areas of my life. I try to cling to this truth, a heart full of gratitude can not be filled with vanity. The beating of our heart must surely emit vibrations of love when it is full of gratitude is The most beautiful emotion we can feel.
