The righteous indignation
The positive value of the justification we give to our indignation is theoretical, especially for alcoholics. She gave each of us the opportunity to rationalize: we can be angry at our discretion whether we can say that it's for good reasons.

When we have our grudges and we establish plans for revenge after our defeats, we actually use against ourselves the stick of anger that our target audience to others. We have learned that if we were seriously disturbed, our first need was to be to calm the emotions, no matter who or what we think caused it.
